✅ Eligibility Criteria:

✔️ Age Limit:

Maximum 28 years as on 06/06/2025 for UR candidates. Age relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC (NCL), Extra 10 years for PwBD.

✔️ Educational Qualifications:

(1) SSC/ 10th Standard with Science subjects (min. 55% marks) + ITI or National/ State Trade Certificate in Plumbing. (OR)
(2) Matriculation (10th) Pass + 2 years full-time Apprentice Trainee experience in relevant trade, or 3 years work experience in relevant trade in a Government/ PSU/ Autonomous Body.

✅ Selection Process:

✔️ Stage I: Trade Test for shortlisted candidates based on Screening Committee criteria.
✔️ Stage II: Competitive Written Examination (OMR/Computer-based, 150 questions, 2.5 hours):
✔️ Final merit list based on Paper-II and Paper-III marks.

✅ Application Fee:

✔️ ₹ 500/- for General/ OBC /EWS candidates.
✔️ No fee for SC/S T/ PwBD/ Women/ CSIR Employees.
✔️ Payment through State Bank Collect (online mode, transaction/UTR number required).

➢ Eligible candidates must apply online via the CSIR-NEIST website from 17/05/2025 (09:30 AM) to 06/06/2025 (11:59 PM).
➢ Read the detailed notification before applying online.
➢ Complete the online application form with personal, educational, and experience details.
➢ Upload scanned copies of SSC/10th certificate, ITI/Trade certificate, experience certificates, caste/category certificates, PwBD certificates, and a recent passport-size photograph and signature (PDF, max 1 MB each).
➢ Pay the application fee via State Bank Collect and enter the transaction/UTR number.
➢ Verify all details, submit the application, and take a printout for future reference. No hard copy submission required.
