Eligibility Criteria for Ordnance Factory DBW Recruitment 2025
Educational Qualification
Candidates must possess a National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) issued by NCVT in the AOCP trade.
NAC holders trained in Ordnance Factories or any Govt./Private organization affiliated with the Government are eligible.
Preference will be given to Ex-Apprentices from Ordnance Factories in case of tie.
Age Limit (as on 31/05/2025)
Minimum Age: 18 years
Maximum Age: 40 years (General Category)
Age Relaxation:
- SC/ST: 5 years
- OBC (NCL): 3 years
- Ex-Servicemen: Period of service + 3 years
Ordnance Factory DBW Salary 2025
- Basic Pay: ₹19,900
- Dearness Allowance (DA): Applicable as per Central Govt. norms
- HRA: As per classification of city
- Annual Increment: 3% of basic pay (based on performance)
- Eligible for EPF, Bonus, and Employee Compensation Act coverage
Selection Process – Ordnance Factory Bhandara DBW 2025
The selection of candidates will be based on:
