✔️ Age Limit (as on 30/06/2025 for Freshers, 15/07/2025 for Experienced):
Varies by post (25-48 years). Maximum age limit not to exceed 56 years, including relaxations. Age relaxation:
- SC/ST: 5 years
- OBCNC: 3 years
- PwBD: 10 years (UR), 13 years (OBCNC), 15 years (SC/ST)
- Ex-Servicemen: 5 years (minimum 5 years’ service in Armed Forces)
- J&K Domicile (01.01.1980-31.12.1989): 5 years
- Additional 2 years for experience exceeding minimum required years (for specific posts)
✔️ Educational Qualifications (Minimum Marks: 65% for UR/OBCNC/EWS, 55% for SC/ST/PwBD; CA: 50%):
- Executive Assistant, Chartered Accountant: 3-year full-time graduation in any discipline
- Junior Executive (Civil/Mechanical): 3-year full-time Diploma in Civil/Mechanical Engineering
- Junior Executive (Quality Control): B.Sc. Chemistry
- Engineers (Mechanical/Electrical/Civil/Chemical): 4-year full-time B.Tech in relevant discipline
- Officer (HR/Industrial Engineering): 2-year full-time PG in HR/Industrial Engineering + relevant UG
- Experienced Roles: B.Tech, MBA, PG in Hindi, LLB, or relevant fields + specified experience
- FTC (IS Officer/Cyber Security Specialist): B.Tech (CS/IT), MCA, or PG in relevant fields
✅ Selection Process:
✔️ Computer Based Test (CBT) with General Aptitude and Technical/Professional Knowledge sections.
✔️ Group Task, Personal Interview, Skill Test, Moot Court (Law Officers), Physical Fitness Efficiency Test (Junior Executives, if applicable).
✔️ Psychometric Assessment may be conducted.
✔️ Document verification and Pre-Employment Medical Examination (PEME) mandatory.
