✅ Remuneration:

✔️ Fixed Contract Fee: ₹ 30,000 per month.
✔️ Incentive: ₹ 875 per drawing beyond 20 A1 equivalent drawings per month.
✔️ Annual Increment: 3% of contract fee.
✔️ House Rent Allowance (HRA): 5% of contract fee if company accommodation not availed.

✅ Eligibility Criteria:

✔️ Age Limit (as on 21/05/2025): Minimum 18 years; no upper age limit specified.

✔️ Educational Qualification & Experience (as on 21/05/2025):

Diploma in Engineering with 3 years drafting experience in relevant field, (OR) ITI with 5 years drafting experience in relevant field, (OR) Matric + 12th/ Intermediate pass with 7 years drafting experience in relevant field.

✅ Selection Process:

✔️ Shortlisting based on application scrutiny.
✔️ Personal Interview and Hands-on Test (mode may change at management’s discretion).
✔️ Shortlisted candidates notified via email and MECON website for interview details.
✔️ Document verification requires originals (matriculation certificate, qualification certificates, mark sheets, experience certificates, PAN/Aadhar card) at interview.
✔️ Medical examination mandatory before deployment.
